E&S completed a project for Devil’s Lake Water Improvement District (DLWID) to develop an integrated water quality database for Devil’s Lake, Oregon. The database was developed to accommodate user-friendly data import and export. Additional functionality included the ability to retrieve data using mapped locations within a GIS. The database provides DLWID a simple way to manage their data for use in studying historical trends in lake water quality and modeling future scenarios.
E&S developed a relational database to organize water quality data from the Klamath reservoir system. The data include analytical results from five laboratories, field sampling conditions from one hundred river miles, and multi-probe sensor measurements. This database provides data access queries to interact with the data tables. The database structure allows for ready interface with GIS mapping capabilities.
E&S developed a database for the Portland General Electric Company that incorporated all water quality data collected during the Pelton Round Butte Limnology study as part of the Pelton Round Butte relicensing process. The database was developed to give PGE staff easy access to the more than 250,000 data records for approximately 50 different constituents produced during the study. The database enabled the user to quickly and easily develop and export subsets of the data for selected locations, dates, and constituents.
